2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Store — the Little Lights online store operated at www.littlelights.pl.
Seller — Little Lights sp. z o.o.
Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase or using the store.
Consumer — a natural person who enters into a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights — a natural person conducting business activity who enters into an agreement directly related to their business activity, where the content of the agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person.
Product — a movable item offered in the store, in particular handmade wooden Little Lights lamps and other products available in the store’s offer.
Order — a declaration made by the Customer through the store, aimed at concluding a sales contract for a Product.
Sales Contract — a contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the online store.
3. Rules for Using the Store
The Customer is obliged to use the store in accordance with the law, good practice and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer may not provide unlawful content, in particular content that infringes the rights of third parties, good practice or legal provisions.
To use the store, the following are required:
a device with internet access,
an up-to-date web browser,
an active email address.
The Seller takes steps to ensure the proper operation of the store; however, the Seller does not guarantee that the use of the store will always be uninterrupted and free from technical errors.
4. Products
The products offered in the store are handmade Little Lights products.
The Seller makes every effort to ensure that photos, descriptions and information about the Products are up to date, reliable and as accurate as possible.
Due to the handmade nature of the Products, natural wood and individual screen settings, the actual appearance of the Product may differ slightly from the photos presented in the store. These differences do not affect the quality or functionality of the Product.
The information provided with the Products, in particular descriptions, photos, prices and availability, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.
5. Prices
All Product prices shown in the store are gross prices and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices do not include delivery costs, unless otherwise stated in a given offer.
The total order price, including the Product price, taxes and delivery costs, is visible to the Customer before the order is placed.
The Seller may run promotions, sales and discount campaigns.
When informing about a Product price reduction, the Seller provides the lowest price of that Product from the 30-day period before the price reduction was introduced, in accordance with applicable law. UOKiK indicates that the lowest price from the previous 30 days should be presented in a clear manner that does not raise doubts for the consumer.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise.
6. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To place an order, the Customer selects a Product, adds it to the cart, provides the required details, selects the delivery and payment method, and then confirms the order.
The Customer is obliged to provide true, current and complete information necessary to process the order.
Placing an order constitutes the Customer’s offer to purchase the Product.
The Sales Contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order, sent to the Customer’s email address.
The Seller may refuse to process an order, in particular in the event of:
lack of Product availability,
incorrect or incomplete Customer details,
lack of payment,
an obvious error in the price or Product description,
suspected abuse or unlawful activity.
If it is not possible to process the order, the Seller will inform the Customer and refund any payment received.
7. Payments
The available payment methods are presented in the store during the order process.
Payments may be processed by external payment operators, including solutions available through the Shopify platform.
The order is sent for processing after the payment has been credited or after the payment has been positively authorised by the payment operator, unless otherwise stated for a given payment method.
The Seller does not charge the Customer any fees for using a particular payment method that exceed the costs incurred by the Seller for using that payment method.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The available delivery methods and costs are presented in the store before the order is placed.
The order processing time depends on Product availability, the nature of the order and the country of delivery.
If the Product is made to order or requires preparation, the estimated processing time is provided with the Product or in communication with the store.
Delivery times provided in the store are estimated, unless expressly stated otherwise.
In the case of a Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the Customer or to a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier.
The Customer should check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In the event of damage to the parcel, we recommend preparing a damage report with the carrier and contacting the store, which will help with the handling of the matter. Failure to prepare a damage report does not deprive the Consumer of their rights under applicable law.
9. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by email to:

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund to the Customer all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available in the store, no later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller receives the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back or until the Customer provides proof of having sent the Product back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to another solution.
The Customer should send the Product back to the Seller’s address no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Seller of withdrawal from the contract.
The direct cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer, unless the Seller decides otherwise or failed to inform the Customer about the need to bear this cost.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
10. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply in cases provided for by applicable law.
In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to non-prefabricated Products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
This applies especially to personalised Products made to the Customer’s individual order, such as Products with a name, individual inscription, non-standard colour, non-standard design or another modification made according to the Customer’s express instructions.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not apply to standard Products available in the regular offer of the store that have not been personalised or made according to the Customer’s individual specifications.
11. Complaints — Product Non-Compliance with the Contract
The Seller is liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights for the conformity of the Product with the contract under the rules set out in applicable law.
A complaint may be submitted by email to:
The complaint should include:
the Customer’s full name,
order number,
description of the issue,
photos or other materials showing the issue, if they may help with the complaint review,
the expected method of resolving the matter.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the Seller does not respond within this period, the complaint is deemed accepted. According to information from UOKiK, the seller should respond to a complaint within 14 days, and failure to respond means that the complaint has been accepted.
In the case of a justified complaint, the Customer may request, in particular, repair or replacement of the Product, and in cases specified by law — a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
The Seller may replace the Product when the Customer requests repair, or repair the Product when the Customer requests replacement, if bringing the Product into conformity with the contract in the manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or would require excessive costs.
If the Product needs to be returned as part of the complaint process, the Seller will inform the Customer about the next steps.
The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not limit the Customer’s rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
12. Warranty
Some Products may be covered by a warranty if information about the warranty is provided with the Product, in the Product documentation or in separate warranty terms.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer’s rights arising from the provisions on Product non-compliance with the contract.
Detailed warranty terms, if applicable, may specify in particular the warranty period, warranty scope and the method for submitting warranty claims.
13. Product Reviews
The store may allow Customers to add Product reviews.
If a review is marked as verified, this means that the Seller has taken steps to check whether the review comes from a person who purchased the Product or had actual contact with it.
If a review is not marked as verified, this means that the Seller has not confirmed whether it comes from a person who purchased the Product.
It is forbidden to publish reviews that are false, offensive, infringe the rights of third parties or contain unlawful content.
The Seller may refuse to publish a review or may remove a review if it violates these Terms and Conditions or legal provisions.
14. Newsletter and Marketing Communication
The Customer may voluntarily subscribe to the store’s newsletter.
Subscription to the newsletter requires providing an email address and consenting to receive commercial and marketing information.
The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link available in the email message or by contacting the store.

20. Final Provisions
Contracts concluded through the store are concluded in Polish or another language available in the store.
The law applicable to contracts concluded with the Seller is Polish law, with the reservation that the choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection granted to them under provisions that cannot be excluded by virtue of the law of the country in which the Consumer has their habitual residence.
