Thank you for shopping at Little Lights. Below you will find important information regarding the production, shipping and delivery of our products.
Production Time
Most of our products are handmade to order in our workshop in Kraków, Poland.
The standard processing time is approximately:
3–5 business days for products available in stock,
up to 3–5 weeks for made-to-order products or products in high demand.
Processing time may be extended during holiday periods or promotional campaigns.
Delivery Countries
We currently ship orders to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
delivery country,
parcel size,
selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Poland: 1–3 business days,
European Union: 2–7 business days,
international orders: 5–14 business days.
The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and courier service operations.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Failed Delivery and Incorrect Address
Before placing your order, please make sure that the delivery address is correct.
We are not responsible for:
delays caused by an incorrect address,
failed delivery attempts,
uncollected parcels.
Additional shipping costs may apply in the event of reshipment.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please:
take photos of the parcel immediately,
contact the courier company if required,
send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at:
