Returns and Complaints Policy

At Little Lights, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please read the following returns and complaints policy.

Returns

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product:

must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received,

must be returned in its original packaging,

must be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

Products returned without prior contact and acceptance of the return may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

In your message, please include:

order number,

description of the issue,

clear photos showing the damage or defect.

After reviewing the claim, we will propose an appropriate solution, such as:

product replacement,

repair,

refund — depending on the situation.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following products cannot be returned:

personalized products or products made to individual order,

gift cards,

products damaged as a result of improper use.

Personalized or made-to-order products may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the purchased product and then place a new order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you about the status of your refund.

If the return is accepted, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, product damage, product defect, or the shipment of an incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

the product arrived damaged,

the product is defective,

the wrong product was received.

We recommend using registered or tracked shipping when returning products.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline expires.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall refund to the Customer all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available in the store, no later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller receives the statement of withdrawal from the contract.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received back or until the Customer provides proof of having sent the Product back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to another solution.

The Customer should send the Product back to the Seller’s address no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Seller of withdrawal from the contract.

The direct cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer, unless the Seller decides otherwise or failed to inform the Customer about the need to bear this cost.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
